With years of practical experience, my practice as a postpartum doula continues to grow & evolve with
each new family I serve. As a consultant, coach & Doula I can provide you with an integrative & comprehensive
approach to co creating your perfect birth experience. I offer pre or post conception consultations, as well as
perinatal incare help for home or bed bound mamas to be, individual in-home childbirth education, & women's
healing arts, all blended into a unique conscious nurturing experience.

I am available to women & their partners to help prepare them for pregnancy, birth, & parenting, physically,
emotionally, mentally, & spiritually. My work as a postpartum doula, an attachment parenting advocate, mentor
and coach is my heart and passion and I look forward to serving and supporting the needs of you & your
growing family.
Conscious Family Care & Education for me is a loving nurturing practice & throughout the years I
have provided postpartum care to families of singletons,  twins, triplets and more!

I also offer integrative childbirth education classes as well as parenting classes based on
attachment parenting principals. In 1988 after the birth of my second child, I completed my
certification in infant massage and infant cranio sacral massage through the International
Association of Infant Massage.
